Times are changing. This was all but a long snow slope by the end of august 1980...!

I suppose it s not so much global warming but the question how much snow there has been in the previous winter.

Could be, Mathias, but nevertheless there are so many snowy places we easily crossed 25/35 years ago, that disappeared in the meantime...!
