On the summit of Alancic

View from the summit of Alancic (1611m) towards the west and sea. Sea makes 180° of Alancic panorama. Below is Rab (410m) island and its mighty 400m high NE side which faces Velebit. Behind is Cres (650m) island. Alancic offers some of the best sea panoramas on Velebit and is closest peak to the sea of all higher than 1600m.

When I was child, I looked at the far quiet sea from my house . It is the inland sea which have many islads in it. I remembered this scene. Thanks a lot!
