Thanks! it was indeed an awsome time to be there, the weather had been overcast all day making for sub-par photos, but on the way out things cleared up and it was beautiful, the temperature was near perfect as well. Cheers - jeff

Jeff, great shot. I was up on Window Peak the other day but came down Ventana instead... and missed this view!

how fun would it have been to run into a fellow SP'er in tucson, especially considering that the az contingent is not large, too bad we didnt cross paths....

i just now found out about your thimble peak page, i guess this photo really belongs there - i didnt know about it at the time, my fault. i keep up on the az mtns, dont know how i missed that one...

coming down esperero was pretty sketchy anyway, although a nice change, i would say it was a little stressful.

cheers - jeff

Yeah - I rarely run into ANYONE climbing around here, especially not anyone from sp... glad you liked the THimble Peak page, your picture's probably better than the one I've got. Gotta love those Tucson sunset shots!

I ought to chuck a few of mine on your Window peak page, too.... got one or two good ones heading up. Espero's a lot longer, isn't it? I was thinking of going that way at one point but it looked like I wouldn't have time....

Just saw this one again - I'm thinking it's way better than my shot of Thimble. If I can't figure out a way to link it from here, can you submit it to the Thimble Peak page? Thanks and glad to hear youre healing up well (with the possible exception of the slow finger)... cheers!
