Hasn't voted | Are you not naming the peaks in your photos on purpose? | | Posted Feb 23, 2005 10:49 pm |

Hasn't voted | Not really, I'm just lazy when it comes to photo captions. Shots that I feel tell a story I just leave alone, like this one. I mention on my page that this is the Solitude Massif. Again, I only submit my very, very best where the image is enough. ATTM, you know that climbing in the Gores requires a lot of planning, and execution, there are no current guidebooks. If I really wanted the entire planet to know every detail about the Gore's I would never see my family. Thus, those who want to visit this place might have to do some homework, like I have. Posting Gore peaks on SP is a lot of work.
Sorry I missed you and Ramen on Sat. I will keep you posted on our Gore endevours, hope you can make it. | | Posted Feb 23, 2005 11:30 pm |

Hasn't voted | Haha. But that is why we post peaks in the Gores, so others won't have to do as much planning. Although I do like planning, routefinding, getting lost, and discovering places that no one else has ever been to or very few people.
Well I did see you briefly on your way down from the summit. It was hard to tell who was who up there with all of the generic clothes everyone was wearing. | | Posted Feb 23, 2005 11:56 pm |

Voted 10/10 | I don't know why, but when you see windblown snow around anything up high, its just cool. Nice day too! | | Posted Feb 24, 2005 6:59 pm |
