Incredibly windy conditions...

Incredibly windy conditions on Casaval Ridge, Mt. Shasta (~10k'). That snow being blown is not fresh powder, but had had a week & a half to settle. Obvious cornice was not there when we were there that morning. The winds (I'd estimate 90mph+) turned us back at @ ~13.4k'.- 13 March, 2005

Dirk, did you take this from Hidden Valley? This looks very much like my photo I took there in 2003...

I think so, Misha. Wish we would have had the conditions (i.e. no wind) seemingly present in your photo! Hidden Valley seems like it must've been a good place to camp.
