Ivan Edgar Vallejo

Spanish Juan Vallejo was born in Ambato, Ecuador. He has summited Everest, K2, Makalu, Lhotse, Cho Oyu, Annapurna, and Shisha Pangma. Ivan Vallejo summited Kangchenjunga, his 12th 8000er, in spring 2006. He still has Dhaula (which he has attempted twice) and Annapurna to go, in order to complete all 14 summits over 8000 meters. Ivan Vallejo, reached the summit of Broad Peak at July 12 2007 at 12:30 Pakistan time.

Ivan Vallejo is Ecuadorian

I think there's a small mistake (maybe a big one, since I'm Ecuadorian.).. :D.

Actually Ivan Vallejo was born in Ambato, Ecuador and not in the Basque Country, Spain.

He is the 7th climber out of 10 in the World to climb all 14 8000 metter peaks without supplemental oxigen.

Nice to see Ivan here in SummitPost, though! :D.
