| This was my first winter hike! I actually don't remember much about it other than my boots destroying my feet, having to muck with the crampons to make them fit on my tiny boots, and sliding down Drake's Brook Trail on my butt. Good times. | |

| What a difference a day make in terms of view. In 2001 the view was very hazy with a 5 mile visiblity. Yesterday all the snow on Mt. Washington could be seen. | |
