Wow, does it really look like this in person?! I've never been to Yellowstone but always wanted to go.

This photo is unedited - the color difference is from the different temperatures being suitable to different color bacteria. You have to take a completely different trail than the one at the Grand Prismatic Pool parking area and then you have to bushwack up the hill to this spot. If you have a local trail map you will be able to figure it out pretty easy.

I've always wanted to climb up that hill to overlook the spring a little better. It's so huge that it's impossible to take it all in from the board walk. And I'll vouch that the color is really that vivid.
