July 4th Snow @ Snowshoe Lake

Surprise! We woke up the morning of July 4th one year to an unexpected snow storm. This concerned us because of a particularly difficult scramble on steep rock below the lake is necessary to get home. I nearly slid to my death before catching a small crack with my foot.
