Jump Off Joe
Looking at one of the radio facilities found at the summit of Jump Off Joe, which with a low elevation of only 2200' is still the highest point in the Tri-Cities region of Washington state.
The summit USGS Benchmark can be seen within a block of concrete located in front of this radio facility.
