June 15, 2003. After descending the West Couloir, we came upon North Halfmoon Lakes, visibly still semi-frozen. The North Halfmoon Trail picks up here and goes to the left all the way back to the trailhead. You can see Aaron’s teal early 90’s hat. Ellen is being patient with me as I take yet another photo.
