Thank you so much, Dean. Actually, with all the clouds in the sky, I expected more color. I'll have to wait for more perfect conditions.

Thank you very much, ND. I kind of feel guilty that I don't have to go far for this kind of a shot. The beach is a just a short walk down the street from here.

If that's "just another sunset", I wonder what will be "the sky ablaze in the karmesin glow of Helios' carriage shooting sacred flames towards the dwellings of the Gods as it sinks into the Orkus"...;-))

Thank you so much for the kind words and your mythological prowess, Eric. But, kidding aside, I have seen the sky ablaze in amazing colors under the right conditions. The cloud cover, the layers, the amount and the altitude of it have a lot to do with getting those rare conditions. I hope to be there with a camera in my hand when it happens.
