..the sunrise on Elko Mountain's summit. I believe that is Pilot Peak in the distance. My wife and I were staying in Elko but I slipped out very early so she could sleep in to drive to the summit of Elko Mtn for the sunrise. Black objects I had to dodge on the way up the mountain turned out to be cattle so be aware should you want to follow my lead. Thanks to rayray for his nice page on this mountain. East Humboldts...

...are to the far right and the peak in the center background is Antelope Peak, north of Wells. Thanks for posting the link to the interesting article!
