| If you live in Pullman this is by far the best way to escape the sea of wheat. I hike the North side of the Butte with my daughter on my back which is an excellent way to cross train for backpacking and climbing trips. | |

| I have climbed this many many times. It is close to Pullman and is just about the best hike in the area. | |

| Easy hike to the top, even in mid-winter. Sunset glowing through thin clouds was one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. I uploaded a picture of it, but it really doesn't do it justice. | |
