Keyboard of the Winds from Glacier Gorge, Feb 25, 2006. I'm curious about this strange "Wave Cave" feature in the center of the photo. Is this a trick of the light, or is it really shaped like that?

So did you summit or what? Do the photos stop midway up The Trough?!?

Heh heh! It wouldn't be the first time I've been accused of that...

We got to about 13,300' before turning around, up to where the standard route comes in. There was a lot less snow in there even since your trip. Basically nothing but ice and rock above 13,500'. Not that this would have stopped us or anything, but we were running out of daylight and thought a retreat was in order. Definitely doable.

I'll have a TR up probably tomorrow with more photos.
