Looking back at Mark after he tops out back onto the ridge crest.

Voted 10/10 | placing the gear slow you down a lot? I guess it does get slippery on the rock with the snow... | | Posted Jan 19, 2010 6:21 pm |

Voted 10/10 | Great Photo. I may be a little on the vain side, but If I were him, I'd have that framed. That's Badass... | | Posted Jan 20, 2010 11:11 pm |

Placing gear was ok but flaking the rope out and tieing in slowed us down much more. Wasn't much room to just throw the rope down, as ya know! :o)
BigRob,
I still need to send him my pics but I'll definately add the note to consider an enlargement! ;o)
Thanks!! | | Posted Jan 21, 2010 9:10 am |

Voted 10/10 | And good trip report as well. IMHO, you should be roping up a lot more often. | | Posted Feb 11, 2010 10:33 am |

Voted 10/10 | Is the blue rope used for French... Hmm, joint (right word?)? Isn't it too slim? | | Posted Apr 1, 2012 9:36 pm |

Hasn't voted | Slim for a haul line, sure. But we've always been comfortable with thinner ropes. My ropes tend to run 9-ish. That one I believe was 8.3 and was Mark's.
But yah, I hear you! :o) | | Posted Nov 30, 2012 1:16 pm |
