2nd trip, got to lead all three pitches this go. Led 2nd one clean this go which is pushing my limits at that size (and this age) (C4 #4). I had a #5, 3-#4s and 4-#3s. Would prefer to leave the 5, had no need for it on any of the pitches. Prefer to take another 4 next go around. Led all three pitches clean. Do not need any off-sets or .3's. Double .4 to 4. Quads 3-4. Gypsy's Curse, the Headache and Kung Fu Fighter with Dr. Matt from Houston.
With JC from Flagstaff: Sedona, Jtree and now Zion. A solid desert partner. Good times. This route is stellar, so were several of the others at Kung Fu Theater. Perhaps last wall I have gotten to at Zion, even though it is has the easiest approach. Mostly because I am gone during the summer. This wall offers the best shade in the park. This route gives up two great pitches. The traverse under the roof was beautiful. The large fist crack worked me good.
