| We took the trail past Liberty Lake, went up Wines, came back to the pass and up Lake via S ridge. I initially traversed the east side of the summit, but that route was loose and exposed. We went along the west side of the ridge for descent, and that was a much safer route, class 2. Wonderful views, absolutely gorgeous. | |

| I don't recall that it was very difficult, but it has been a while, Archie a yellow lab joined us and had no problems, but he was a good scrambling dog. | |

| Was a very warm day. Was able to find water on the descent though. Otherwise it would have been a very thirsty hike back to camp. | |
