Lauteraarhorn (4042m; right)...
Lauteraarhorn (4042m; right) and Schreckhorn (4078m; left) from Groß-Gruenhorn (4048m):
SW-ridge and "the Band" is marked with yellow line following a). The "a"-section represents "the band", which is the traverse of the Lauteraarhorn's S-face. This is the key-section of this route ! The beginning of this route is identical with the normal route to the Schreckhorn (yellow dots; the traverse between the two summits is also marked with yellow dots)
