What I don't understand is why there are 14 votes of 10, but the picture is rated 90%.

	Voted 10/10	Takes me back. I remember staying in that building on the right having come down from Kalar Pataar that day on a cold snowy night in February 2002. You've caught the place well. Now 18 votes at ten giving 90.97%. I guess it is the voter's waiting/power.
