Lhotse is the 4th highest peak in the world at 8501 M, 27,890'. It is located just to the south of Everest. This photo was taken at about 6 PM from Pumori Camp 1.

People?

It looks like people on the Lhotse face. Are those Sherpas pushing the route up to the Col? What an amazing shot!

No there are actually no visible people in this photo. This shot was taken while we were still restricted from going higher than Camp 2 so nobody had been on the Lhotse Face yet during that season.
