Is this close to Phil Collins Hill? As featured in the South Park episode where the hill has a rocky face that looks exactly like Phil Collins, and is just under 10,000 feet high

Well, I confess that I don't watch TV so I haven't seen the episode you reference. I can, however, assure you that there is store in Fairplay that features a cut-out of Mr. Hanky near the door. ;)
