| FZTE and I drove to Mount Vernon to see the independent German mountaineering movie "North Face" playing at a local theater. As a result of arriving an hour early, I looked over at the small wooded peak located south of the city and said, "I wonder if it is possible to summit that?" It was... and the views were outstanding. Little effort, big reward. Highly recommended. | |
