Voted 10/10 | its good to know what it would have looked like if climbing was possible. geeze after the talus field and seeing the rocks flying down i was bummed especially after the approach. this shot makes up for all the fruitless hard work-almost!! | | Posted Nov 7, 2006 9:31 pm |

Hasn't voted | Thanks! I'm glad you liked the picture. You made the right decision given the circumstances. The approach is rather long, but I don't mind it, because I like that area very much. | | Posted Nov 14, 2006 6:09 am |

Voted 10/10 | Yeah I love the area as well, especially with Longs, The Spearhead, and the solitude up near the lake before the talus field. I climbed the whole approach in mountaineering boots to save weight, big mistake- I had the worst shin bleeding ever from the top of the boots rubbing. Definitely a great area but I still like the Mohawk Lakes and Mt Pacific area a little more. | | Posted Jun 20, 2009 2:06 pm |
