| Started at 8 am from Horse Creek TH and got to the summit at 9:30. On the way down I didn't really follow the cairns and just headed NW until the trail showed up. Some solid views of Wild Basin from this peak. | |

| Given the gray, low hanging clouds I didn't get to see too much surrounding views. Meeker's summit was shrouded in cloud, but I could see early snow on it's slopes. Started my hike at the Meeker Park trailhead, headed up the saddle between Lookout and Meeker and then followed the cairns to the summit. Afterwards headed over to Horsetooth before returning to my truck just in time for the rain to start. | |

| Great views of Wild Basin and Meeker. It doesn't get much traffic compared with other RMNP peaks, which is nice. | |

| Snowshoed the pair from 'Horse Creek TH' near Meeker Park. Ascended the summit block which wasn't trivial due to icy conditions. Snowed much of the trip. | |

| A good hike for a late start on a Saturday. Saw three people all day, which was very nice. Excellent look at the clouds rolling in over Meeker. Summit block rewarding. Zero wind this day. Rare. | |

| Horribly off-route, we bushwhacked through forest & snow off Meeker Ridge to pick up the Lookout Mountain trail to get back to civilization. Jeff waited at the creek crossing while I jaunted up to tag this & Horsetooth. 30 minutes RT. Hitchhiked back to the Long's Peak TH. Views were OK. Sandbeach Lake was in decent view. | |

| This was a nice snowshoe, and provided excellent views of massive Mount Meeker. The only downside was the strong wind at the summit, which prohibited me from climbing the "diving board" to attain the true summit. | |

| Great summit block...way too windy to enjoy it for more than 10 seconds...then over to horsetooth...Fun day, but was very confused by the trails...so many in all sorts of directions, but none seemed to go where I wanted them too. | |

| Great hike to an awesome summit. Beautiful rock outcroppings along the way and great views of Wild Basin. The summit block made for icing on the cake. I also included Horsetooth Peak in this outing. There was alot of snow in the trees on North and East facing slopes. | |
