| A great day hike. Takes 4-6 hours depending on how long you check things out! great little summit to sit on and soak in the views. Mount Whitney and several other massive hills of the High Sierra and the Sierra Crest! 4000 ft vertical gain with beautiful views as your reward. | |

| What a great view you can get from the top of Lookout Peak! It's a long drive to the trailhead but the view is worth it. | |
