| First time up El Cap. Fixed 7 pitches on day one, camped at camp 4, and blasted from the bottom to the top in about 17 hours on day 2. Topped out around midnight in a snow/wind storm, I guess that's what you get in winter sometimes haha. | I spent 3 days on Lurking Fear around Halloween of 2005. Cool route, but the hauling up to Thanksgiving Ledge is as bad as everyone says it is. | ||

| Brutal heat wave. First time up the big stone, pukin and crampin from the heat. Silverfish off of Thanksgiving were interesting. | |
