Lyskamm - Hanging Glaciers

The treacherous north face of Lyskamm (4527 meters) seen from 4000 meters on the Grenz Glacier. On this day we watched a large avalanche which began with falling ice from the hanging glaciers. Monte Rosa, July 25, 2012.
