Mad Wolf cliff band
This prominent, folded cliff band around 6,700 feet blocks easy access to the north face of Mad Wolf Mountain. There are several class III breaks in the cliffs, but extreme caution must be taken in route finding. The dry creek bed visible across the basin probably provides the easiest way through the cliffs in this area. If you decide to venture elsewhere, look for cairns and obvious game/climber's trails as there are a limited number of safe options!
