Mailbox Peak Talus Slope
The talus slope found on the upper southwest slope of Mailbox Peak, in Washington State.

When covered with snow, this talus slope has high avalanche danger. However, once exposed, the talus slope is preferred by many hikers because the snow covers many hidden rock-wells along the standard route, which circumvents around the left (west) side of the slope, as shown here.
