March 12th, 2005 - Matt setting up the short rappel needed to descend the gendarme on the North Ridge of the Pfeifferhorn. Once can descend the narrow cracks by his right leg, but that part cannot be protected well, so climbers have usually rappelled here. The crux of the route is just out of view to the left of the huge gendarme above.
