A nice snowshoes and then down on skis ... pity about the clouds.
I've been there when i was a child with my parents, in the snow. Last time i was there this september, wonderful view on Krn. I should be going there on Sunday to ski. :-)
My first time on Matajur and it was great, specially a view from a summit is great. And of course that was snowy tour.
I did it on the easy side: from Avsa above Livek. I completed it in 2.5 hours, walking up hard and running down the whole way. I liked the hill
It was very hot..nice view from summit!
... in summertime and always from rifugio pelizzo!!!!!! time to change route and season!!!!!!! but matajur is a holy mountain for me =)
