Instinct made me put out my hand, preventing what might have been a bad injury, but did that little gash ever bleed...

	Hasn't voted	I guess it looks that way, but it actually happened when I fell on some rocks and braced myself with my hand. We had just descended a long snow slope, and I guess my boots were a little slick and I wasn't being careful enough. My camera also took a good whacking (it was in the pocket on the side against which I fell), but it survived despite the bangs and dents. Tough camera!
