| Beautiful day to explore my neighborhood. Took the "long way" up by staying close to Mono Jim for snow conditions check and saw many point release slides in the chutes. ! Post-hole began on the up-slope thru trees to minor saddle west of McGee, then dirt/rock slog to the useless summit. I did, however, enjoy the informational 360 degree view. :) | |

| Climbed with son Stephen and nephew Rand. My Tahoe didn't get far once the road got steep, so we got a nice day hike out of it. Great views! | |

| Had to give up on Morrison east slope for too much snow and no gear. Glissaded down and went over to McGee. | |
