Mighty Zugspitze

If you' re walking in Ehrwald you get several nice and breath-taking views of the Zugspitze massif. But on most views Zugspitze isn' t visible.

In this shot the summit of Zugspitze is on the left side with the buildings barely visible. The highest peak in the middle of the photo which is visible from everywhere is Schneefernerkopf (2874m). This photo was the first time I recognized the stunning ridge coming down fromthe summit into the valley...
