Miller Fire Perimeter
In 2011, the Miller Fire burned over 80,000 acres of the Gila Wilderness. The fire perimeter encompassed the headwaters of Turkey Creek, the Diablo Range, Granny and Brushy Mountains, the Little Creek area and down to the West Fork of the Gila. Hikers in this country should probably expect problematic trail conditions for several years.
