| Went up the ridge that connects to cornell in our snowshoes then went on up to San jac. It was hot and the snow was turning to mush!! but it was a fun hike and a great view. | |

| 'Partner in crime' (the lovely Miss Castro!) and self had a challenging day snowshoeing out to Miller. Ended up ascending close to the east ridge between Cornell and Miller. Fun coping with the 30-40 mph winds and fresh snow, in addition to fighting through the snow covered chapparal. Ahhhh.... the sheer pleasure of suffering! | |

| Being eternally lazy and short on time, I made a bee-line for Miller Pk from the tram station on a perfect day. Nicely frozen snow, bright sunny skies with a puff of a breeze. One layer of clothing and I was still sweating. Crampons were pretty necessary for the cross country trip and I just left them on to climb the summit blocks as well. I was in a hurry to take my shirt off and dry out! | |
