Route Climbed: North face ferrata Date Climbed: October 9th, 2005
Monte Zermula behaved badly that day! It was shrouded in fog all the afternoon, even if later the surrounding mountains cleared. I ascended over the ferrata (very fine), stayed on top shortly and then returned by the E ridge down to Forca di Lanza. There the weather cleared, so I jumped up on the neighbouring Monte Pizzul, descended to Forca di Lanza again and further towards Passo Cason di Lanza. Then I noticed the steep Zuc della Guardia, went there, ascended it by its Ferrata degli Alpini and descended by the same route. Very nice!
"So I was sitting in my cubicle today, and I realized, ever since I started working, every single day of my life has been worse than the day before it. So that means that every single day that you see me, that's on the worst day of my life."
