| I climbed this on a very hot day in Sedona. It was a fun climb, and I want to do it again when the weather cools. Fast becoming a Sedona favorite. Its worth a stop if you have 60 to 90 minutes to kill. As of November 7, 2009, the piton that was on the summit is gone. | |

| Some folks might think this is a hard climb or scramble, and I thought it difficult the first time out. I've used as stop over between Flagstaff and Cottonwood and done it a lot as a result. I've done it in Khakis and a Polo shirt, so how hard can it be? | |

| nice climb - best route is around sinkhole heading nw to base of spires then circle around base to north side - ascent north face to saddle then east to summit no ropes but saddle move and few moves to summit 4th class little scary | |

| A delightful afternoon with DB and Walt. Did this after Capitol Butte and breakfast. Peak #8 of a 9-peak Sedona-area weekend. 11/23/07: Did it again with Melanie. Great fun. | |
