| Climbed via a use trail up the canyon from Siebert Spring and up the soft and steep slope. Returned via the PCT/ridge route to the mining roads. I'd do it in the opposite direction if I did it again - the loose stuff to the canyon would be much better going down. | |

| Hiked it during a narrow weather window between a series of cold winter storms. Surprisingly little snow (only a couple in windblown inches on the trail on north aspects). Cold, though; 15F on the summit at 9:30 am. Windy, too. Didn't see another soul the whole time. An enjoyable walk. | |
