Great for Winter Activities
Like to ski this area when I can't find anyone to go with; less avalanche prone than other areas at this altitude.

Easy and accessible

Easy and accessible range with some pretty peaks.Done with most of peaks over 4000 m, few left for next summer.

Done most of them!
Over the past year I have climbed all but maybe 3 of the ranked 13ers in the Mosquito Range. I've also done many of the unranked ones as well. I think an Area/Range climbing log entry is in order....

Sherman and Sheridan.
Date Climbed: Jul 12, 2004
Climbed Mount Sheridan (4,191 m/13,748 ft) before climbing Mount Sherman (4,278 m / 14,036 ft) from Iowa Gulch TH. Beautiful views and weather.
