I've often wondered about this mountain. Looks like fun. Leave it to Nader to climb it. This peak is right up his alley. Good job!

The next time you are set to visit the Sawatch, consider the next parallel range to the east of Leadville. The author has detailed photos of the Summit Ridge, places to camp and indicates that Mt. Arkansas is a good place for solidtude and hiking.

Nice Nader, I was very close to hiking this mountain back in early June because of its easy access. Nice to see it here on SP. I remember private property being a bit of an issue with one of the route is this so?

	Hasn't voted	Thanks Kane. I did not see any private property signs on the route I took. Trails Illustrated map shows the area near English Gulch (below the west slopes) to be private property.

After the addition of Buckskin I was wondering what would be next. I was hoping for Arkansas. Bingo! Nice.
