"As an adolescent I aspired to lasting fame, I craved factual certainty, and I thirsted for a meaningful vision of human life - so I became a scientist. This is like becoming an archbishop so you can meet girls."

Untitled CommentThank you for your early vote. You have done very good work with the peaks in the Northwest yourself.

Untitled CommentFar from the madding crowd theme mentioned by A J earlier in the season. This mountain looks high enough to be in the Roach^2 book on thirteeners. Good panoramas of the Sawatch. Great pix.

Untitled CommentGreat job as usual. Nader was climbing this mountain when we were climbing the Citadel. I wondered which mountain he would do. He picked a good one! Thanks for adding this fine peak.

Untitled CommentA great addition to the site. SP is getting closer to having all the major peaks of the Mosquito range listed.

Perhaps you could find out something more about Buckskin's name? It's clearly coming from the old Buckskin Joe Mine, but who was Buckskin Joe?
