'T' Route (Kite Lake)  Sucess!

I like Cameron. It seems many do not care for it, but I for one enjoy the feeling of a high rounded summit, plus the views from the north slope are fantastic. It was climbed twice on this day, as I summited Lincoln and ran back to join my wife descending Cameron.

w/ Democrat, Lincoln and Bross  Sucess!

This was the hardest mountain of the day for some reason. Anyway this was combined with Democrat, Lincoln and Bross.

The "CaLiBron"  Sucess!

Revisited the remainder of the DeCaLiBron after tagging Mt. Democrat last year. Cameron's an ugly summit, but was by far the most difficult part of the route other than the slippery scree descent down Bross. Gorgeous but windy day!

3rd summit of the day!  Sucess!

Did Bross first, then Lincoln and finally Cameron. Strangle summit though, only spend a couple of minutes there to take a picture. I really like the entire area though; very nice views.

Calibron  Sucess!

Having climbed Democrat last October, decided to get the other three. Cloudy, windy day, with very few chances to see the views from the summits - all in the clouds. Interesting hike all the same - circuit from Kite Lake. Glad the summit was so rounded, since I could hardly stand up in the wind.

Road Trip  Sucess!

Three chicks from Idaho on a road trip for a peak bagging vacation....Lincoln-Cameron-Democrat-Cameron-Bross loop. I am lucky my girlfriends think this is a fun thing to do....one of the windiest loops i have ever done...and even if there isn't 300 ft of prominence, it counts...in my book anyway.

Winter Loop  Sucess!

Kite Lake Loop in winter. Actually the first time I had been up Cameron because on my previous trips for the other peaks I did them by themselves.

Decalibron from Paris Mill  Sucess!

Nice winter 14er outing with a group of 8 on a calm, warm day. 11 hour day at a leisurely pace for Decalibron from the winter trailhead just below Paris Mill. These 14ers are now officially open to the public!

There was a summit there?  Sucess!

I didn't realize that I'd passed over the summit until looking back from Lincoln. This area is much more beautiful with a coat of snow.
