| wmolland | From LOTC along with Howard ![]() Date Climbed: Aug 18, 2011 | |
| A long boulder hop starting below Lake of the Clouds. The route turns to a little 3rd class below the saddle, but nothing too difficult. A windy, but cloudless, day in the Never Summers! | ||

| We climbed Mt. Howard and then traversed to Mt. Cirrus. The amost 2000ft glissade from the saddle between Howard and Cirus was one of the best one's I had in RMNP. We picked up our snowshoes where we stashed them above Lake of the Clouds then snowshoed down Hitchens Gulch to the Grand Ditch and back to where we camped at Mosquito pond. | ||
