| The second time I've climbed Daly. An enjoyable scramble up the S ridge. The first time, I cut off the Capitol Ck trail shortly before it ended at Capitol Lake and headed straight up a scree field to the Daly S ridge; this allowed me to avoid some towers on the ridge close to the Daly-Capitol saddle. | |

| This is a great, rarely climbed peak in the Elks. The approach is long, the views are excellent, and the south ridge is quite fun! | |

| I went up via the South ridge which had some loose rock on the first half of the climb. After doing Capitol this peak was a bit of a challenge for me... although the heat was not helping. ;-) Good view of Capitol Peak from the summit. | |
