Most isolated peak EVER Date Climbed: Oct 14, 2013
Dennis Poulin and I did it amazingly enough one day after Scott Surgent and Scott Casterlin. Followed their footprints to the summit for amazing views. This one is the most isolated peak I think I've ever found in Arizona. We were at Mt. Trumbull earlier in the day.
A peak I had always wanted to visit Date Climbed: Oct 13, 2013
With Scott Casterlin. The Arizona Strip has always fascinated me, and Mount Dellenbaugh seemed so far away. Glad to finally get there and have a fun climb. The hike was simple and not very tiring, but finding that inscription form 1869 took over an hour and was like trying to find a needle is a haystack. The whole area is beautiful, and soooo remote.
