| Nice, easy hike to Mt. Spalding and over the ridge to Evans. I only wish that the summit could have been a little bit less crowded with tourists, but that's just how it is, I guess, with Mt. Evans. Very beautiful day for a hike, but also very windy on top! | |

| My third time on top with my sister and brother in law. I am always amazed at how the altitude affects you more when you drive to the top as opposed to climbing to 14,000 feet in one day. | |

| I first climbed Mt Evans on an unrecorded date in 1983. This was my 14th time summiting Evans. Some of the climbs were in combination with Bierstadt via the Sawtooth. Other climbs were in combination with Spalding from Summit Lake. This time was from Guanella Pass skirting Bierstadt. | |

| A repeat climb, this time via the Crystal couloir, which was surprisingly firm on a warm day. Started from Echo Lake so that Jim could get his 3K vertical and followed the road to Summit Lake, cutting a couple switchbacks. Added West Evans, Warren, Rogers, and Goliath on the way down. Fine glissade down the north face! | |

| 16 miles roundtrip, climbed Evans (repeat climb) via the NE face, then Warren (13er), Rogers (13er), and Goliath (12er). Twas a bluebird day and I felt great!! | |

| capped off a winter of 11 top-100 summits with a hike up evans. didn't have much energy left by the time we reached the summit, but slogged through nonetheless. a light snow was falling on the hike out, kind of a fitting tribute to winter as we marched off into the distance. jamie | |
