| I Made a short visit to its summit after checking out a few hiking routes near Morrison and Lair o' the Bear Park. Found many hiking options in Bear Creek Canyon and Indian Hills as well. | |

| 4th of July hike. Castle to Meadow, then Tower to the summit. Then Tower to Meadow to Castle, and Turkey Trot back to the trailhead. It was very hot. | |

| A nice consolation prize after my wife and I gave up the battle against I-70 traffic to reach Sniktau. We enjoyed the Summer White House and Walker Home ruins as well as good views of the divide, several blue bird sightings, and a photogenic rabbit. | |
