| Had intended to go for Eva as well, but just as I hit Flora's summit, clouds rolled in, wind increased, it got cold quickly, visibility dropped, and I just decided not to make it a longer day in those conditions. Ran into someone on her 13er finisher with other members of the Ellingwood Society. | |

| Visited the summit of this peak 3 times during an out-and-back trip from Berthoud Pass to Bancroft. After hiking up CO Mines in the evening of the 21st I spent the night on the summit of Flora (amazing city lights and stars!), then continued on to Wittier, Eva, Parry, and Bancroft before retracing my steps back over Parry, Eva, and Flora over to Breckenridge, then back up Flora for the third and final time on return to Berthoud Pass. Would be great as a traverse if you can arrange a car shuttle at St Mary's Glacier - but this way was still fun! | |

| hiked flora, via colorado mines, in a gnarly wind/snow storm. visibility was super low but navigating wasn't that bad as several major landmarks were visible throughout the hike. of course, blue skies appeared just as i approached the trailhead. fun day! jamie | |

| I bypassed Colorado Mines and went straight for the Mount Flora summit. Good views of the higher 13ers to the north and the 14ers to the south. Good trail the entire way. | |
